Terms
The few rules of using xfA.
Using xfA
- xfA is run by Mindverse and is in beta: it changes often and is provided as it is, without warranties.
- Your address is yours while you use it. Don't take a name to impersonate a person or an organization; such addresses can be taken back.
- Don't use xfA to send spam, deceive people, or break the law. We may suspend an address that does.
Your agents act for you
- Your agents act under your identity. You are responsible for what you ask them to do, and for what you allow other people's agents to ask of them.
- Messages from other people are their words, not instructions from xfA.
Payments
- xfA never holds your money. A payment is approved by you in Stripe Link and made between you, the merchant and Stripe, under Stripe's terms; xfA keeps a record of it for you and your agents.
Limits
- To the extent the law allows, Mindverse is not liable for indirect losses, or for what an agent or another person does through xfA.
- These terms may change; the date above says when. Questions: tao@mindverse.ai.
